Clemson planning Lowcountry engineering center

CoreLogic Reports 63000 Completed Foreclosures In May

SANTA ANA, Calif., June 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/  CoreLogic (CLGX), a leading provider of information, analytics and business services, today released its National Foreclosure Report for May, which provides monthly data on completed foreclosures and the overall foreclosure inventory. According to the report, there were 63,000 completed foreclosures in the US in May 2012 compared to 77,000 in May 2011 and 62,000* in April 2012. Since the financial crisis began in September 2008, there have been approximately 3.6 million completed foreclosures across the country. Completed foreclosures are an indication of the total number of homes actually lost to foreclosure.

CoreLogic May Home Price Index Shows Third Consecutive Monthly Increase

SANTA ANA, Calif., July 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/  CoreLogic (CLGX), a leading provider of information, analytics and business services, today released its May Home Price Index (HPI®) report. Home prices nationwide, including distressed sales, increased on a year-over-year basis by 2.0 percent in May 2012 compared to May 2011. On a month-over-month basis, home prices, including distressed sales, also increased by 1.8 percent in May 2012 compared to April 2012*. The May 2012 figures mark the third consecutive increase in home prices nationwide on both a year-over-year and month-over-month basis.

Title to house caught in the middle of a bad marriage

We are now over 55 years in age; I have since retired and am on disability. But my husband has been pressing to consolidate these two loans, and the bank wants to change the title to his name first, which annoys me because he has not been faithful.

I thought about divorcing, but I have medical issues to contend with first. My will has been adjusted to take care of my own family, consisting of a brother and his children, who are now adults with family of their own.
